TREASURER REPORT: See attachment by treasurer, Kyle Fannin. Treasurer report informational purposes only.

Old Business:

Imagination Library: The Imagination Library will be ready to begin by next month. The library will begin at Simmons Elementary where students will have applications placed in their backpacks to take home to parents. That is the beginning stage to get the applications out to parents.

Storage of bins, tent & banner: Kyle Fanning will communicate with the board members at Sparks to see if they would allow him to store the bins, tent and banner at that location. He seems to think it would be fine plus it would be easily accessed because of being in the location of downtown Versailles.

New Business:

Filling vacancies: We will be losing Mary Raglin (if she wins seat on Midway’s City Council) and Tristan Ferrell. Need to be ready to fill vacancies. Darlene Jackson suggested Geraldine Brown as a name for Woodford County. Need also 1 for City of Versailles (possibly Robin Miller) and 1 for City of Midway.

Allen George, County Attorney will be available for our December meeting. Rep. James Kay hopefully can swear new members in.

Elizabeth Turley will look over our brochure to see if changes need to be made.

Next meeting will be Thursday, December 3 at 6:30pm at Sparks.

Elizabeth Turley made motion to adjourn and Mary Nehring seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 7:02pm.

Mary Raglin,
